Dear Applicant,

Due to the impact of Super Typhoon and in the interest of public safety and health, in accordance with the government-issued emergency response requirements for typhoon prevention, the Shenzhen and Guangzhou Visa Application Centers will be closed for one day on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Applicants originally scheduled for appointments on this day are advised to monitor for further updates and adjust their plans accordingly. Appointments affected by this closure can still be submitted until September 30, 2024.
Please pay close attention to local weather warnings. During the typhoon, it is advisable to minimize unnecessary travel and stay safe.

We would like to inform you that walk-in applications are allowed to be accepted when applicants apply for the visa in the Shanghai jurisdiction (Shanghai, Fuzhou, Nanjing and Hangzhou visa application centers included) and Beijing Jurisdiction (Beijing, Guangzhou, Xi’an, Jinan, Wuhan, Chengdu, Kunming, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Chongqing and Changsha visa application centers included).
